Based on market and customer requirements we continually develop new cements, special building materials, concretes and services. In addition to new product developments, we are also active in the areas of further development, system/process development and basic research. We work hand in hand with universities (currently 17 cooperation partners), our cement and concrete labs and the technology centre.

New insulation and light-weight concretes

Acid-resistant concretes

Our Duracrete® basic

  • Coating-free construction components in agricultural construction or sewage systems
  • Simple, monolithic construction components with high resistance to acid.
  • Low-maintenance and durable

Areas of use: Biogas systems, concrete pipes, etc.

Organic acids (lactic acid, acetic acid) may damage concrete. Therefore, plastic coatings are often used in the area of sewage and agricultural construction.

3D-printing – Unreinforced, bending tensile strength concretes

In cooperation with the Uni Augsburg we develop new, bending tensile strength concretes with short carbon fibres.

  • Saving steel reinforcements, new manufacturing technologies for demanding prefabricated parts
  • Optimal material for applications in 3D-print production

Areas of use: Extruded prefabricated parts (3D-print)

New technologies for formwork and reinforcement-free construction and prefabricated parts.


We currently cooperate with the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) to develop Celitements: new cements with unique workpieces and 40-50% CO2 saving.

  • Mono phase binder with lower hydration heat,
  • High early strengths

Alternative procedures for concrete recycling

Electrodynamic fragmentation of waste concrete (ELDYNTON)

  • Efficient recovery of individual components
  • Dust- and contamination-free crushing and grinding
