I started at SCHWENK with a commercial apprenticeship. Now I am the right-hand woman of the management in the holding company of our concrete division. I provide support in all organisational matters, in drafting contracts for acquisitions, in looking after the managing directors of our affiliated companies and in many different projects. That’s where all my organisational skills come into play!

For me, the basis of trust between employees and managers is just right here, because it allows me to act and work independently.
