I have been working in accounts payable for about 10 years now. Even though I am not a SCHWENK ‘home-grown’ employee, I immediately felt at home when I joined the company. Now I have been responsible for the trainees in our department for several years. I really enjoy this task. It is a wonderful feeling to accompany young colleagues as they embark on this new phase of their lives. Sharing my own experiences and insights from my training period with them and encouraging them is something that is very important to me.
