I support the companies of SCHWENK’s Concrete and Sand & Gravel divisions in all HR-related matters. What I like most about the role is that there are always new, challenging topics, allowing for continuous personal development.
What I appreciate most at SCHWENK is the appreciative and respectful communication at all levels of the hierarchy. Solutions are sought collaboratively, both within the team and across departments. As a mother, the possibility of balancing family and work through flexible working hours is, of course, an important reason why I feel particularly comfortable at SCHWENK.
