I am responsible for sales and logistics. Together with the sales managers, the head of logistics and the employees, I create the framework conditions for our sales and logistics team to provide our customers with high-quality advice, support them during the use of our products and deliver reliably. Other aspects of my work include cross-departmental cooperation with the cement plants and the concrete, sand & gravel and concrete pumps divisions, as well as the future-oriented alignment of sales and logistics processes.

SCHWENK is a long-established company with many divisions and associated companies along the value chain. I have been associated with SCHWENK for quite some time, as I previously worked for an investment company.
