Through the dual studies program, we go through the different departments within SCHWENK during the three-month practical phases. In this process, we support colleagues on various projects, demands, and tasks. We also take on our own areas of responsibility, work packages, and assignments.

What I particularly enjoy about my dual studies program is that we are allowed to pursue our own interests within the possibilities at SCHWENK. If a specific area interests us, there is the opportunity to gain in-depth experience there.

SCHWENK is one of the oldest family-run companies in the building materials sector in Germany. This family management is also reflected in the working atmosphere. As students, we are treated as equals by colleagues, who recognize and appreciate our new ideas.
I particularly appreciate the various training activities. For example, there are different events to promote team building, and important topics such as finance are also addressed in workshops. This clearly shows that you are very well integrated at SCHWENK.
