I am responsible for all electrical equipment in the entire cement plant in Allmendingen. From the fibre optic network to power electronics and from telephones to medium-voltage systems with 20,000 volts, all electrical work falls within my area of responsibility.

Here at SCHWENK, all colleagues work together across all management levels without distinction. We employees know each other, even if we work in different areas or at different levels, and that makes for a very pleasant working atmosphere. If problems arise, we are always there for each other. The proximity to my home is also an important factor for me. SCHWENK also offers us many additional health promotion programmes, such as the ‘training island’.
