The dual study programme allows me to learn the theoretical basics at university in three-month cycles and then apply them in practice at SCHWENK. As a business informatics student, it’s great to be able to understand the economic background of IT processes and critically examine them.
SCHWENK needs students like me because I can, may and should critically question established processes, thereby opening up new perspectives on issues.

The training programme at SCHWENK is very diverse. During my studies, I get to know many colleagues from other departments and locations, as well as their areas of business and their daily work. This diversity offers you the opportunity to develop further in the areas that interest you and that you enjoy.
This also means that every day is different! One day you might be trying to find a solution to a problem on your laptop, and the next you might be standing in a cement factory wearing a hard hat and safety shoes.
