In April 2023, we at KwH began actively harvesting and processing raw materials at the Holzdorf site, and our production has been operating at full capacity since March 2024. The majority of the materials produced are transported via the K 2216 and the farm road toward the B 187 (Bundeswehr intersection). Some of the deliveries are made via the “Hinzenstern” access road toward Jessen.

As is well known, Holzdorf Air Base is undergoing a major upgrade with substantial investment. These construction projects also require large quantities of sand and gravel.

Due to specific orders currently on hand, there will be an increase in delivery traffic from the Holzdorf gravel plant toward Annaburg, Jessen, Holzdorf-Ost, and Brandis in the near future. This will also result in increased truck traffic within the town of Holzdorf.

Our drivers are regularly instructed to use the entrance on B 187 (Bundeswehr intersection).
