At the Bernburg plant, I am responsible for managing construction projects. These range from large new construction projects to the maintenance of existing buildings and infrastructure. I am also responsible for environmental protection at the Bernburg site. In particular, this area includes monitoring emissions and ensuring the economical use of raw materials and energy resources. To this end, the plant uses state-of-the-art technology and the latest innovations to enable these goals to be achieved.

Here, I am given the opportunity to organise my work independently. Flat hierarchies allow for many opportunities to contribute ideas. Working in a team with friendly and helpful colleagues is a lot of fun.
