On November 19, 2025, the seminar “Designing Training: Personality Development and Support” took place in Leinburg under the direction of trainer Christina Paul.

A total of 23 trainers from the concrete, sand and gravel, pump, and cement sectors took part.

The seminar offered practical ideas for everyday work with trainees. The focus was on three key topics:

• Personality in training
• Authentic & situational training through knowledge of human nature
• Provide situational support to trainees during their training

In addition to the technical content, the event also provided an opportunity for trainers to exchange ideas and network across different sectors.
