– From order acceptance to the warehouse, on to the factory management office, controlling and sales, through occupational safety and environmental protection, the personnel office and on to the quarry –
During our training at SCHWENK, we pass through many different departments in our factory. In the process, we learn about the respective work processes and interrelationships between the individual departments. A visit to the head office in Ulm is also part of our training. Here, I work in departments that do not exist at the plant. In addition to our actual day-to-day business, we are also assigned tasks that we have to complete regularly and independently.
SCHWENK needs trainees like me, who value TEAMWORK and enjoy taking on responsibility and challenging tasks.

What makes SCHWENK special is the good working atmosphere and ideal cooperation, which is reinforced during our training through joint excursions. Another reason that makes training at SCHWENK special is that we get to work in different departments. We gain a comprehensive overview of the entire operational process, enabling us to better assess which area of responsibility suits us best for the future. At SCHWENK, you also realise how varied and exciting a commercial career can be, which is something I hadn’t anticipated myself.
