4. Categories of personal data processed
When you access our website or download a file, data about this process is stored in a log file on our web server. Specifically, the following data may be stored:
- IP address (if possible, this is stored in an anonymized form)
- Domain name of the website you came from
- Names of the files accessed
- Date and time of access
- Name of your Internet Service Provider
- and, if applicable, the operating system and browser version of your device.
The statistical evaluation of anonymized data sets remains reserved.

– We store your IP address for security reasons. We assume in this case that your interest in the processing of your data does not outweigh it.

7. Transfer of personal data to a third country
A transfer of data to a third country only takes place when using YouTube videos embedded on our website, insofar as you have given us your consent.
We have embedded YouTube videos on our website that are stored on the servers of the provider YouTube and can be played on our website via an embedding. The embedding of the videos is done with the activated option for enhanced privacy settings. If you play these videos, YouTube cookies and DoubleClick cookies may be stored on your computer and data may be transferred to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, as the YouTube operator.
When playing videos stored on YouTube, at least the following data is currently transmitted to Google as the YouTube operator and operator of the DoubleClick network: IP address and cookie, the specific address of the page you visited on our website, system date and time of the visit, and the identifier of your browser.
The transmission of this data takes place regardless of whether you have a Google user account that you are logged in with, or whether you do not have a user account. If you are logged in, this data may be directly assigned to your account by Google. If you do not want the assignment to your profile, you must log out before activating the play button for the video.
YouTube or Google Inc. store this data as usage profiles and may use it for purposes of advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of their websites. Such evaluation takes place in particular (also for unregistered users) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users about your activities on our website. You have a right of objection to the formation of these user profiles, whereby you must exercise this right by contacting Google as the operator of YouTube.

8. Duration of storage of personal data
Your personal data as per section 4 will be processed for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the request or as legally required. We store your IP address with log files and the URL called for 14 days for analysis, intrusion detection and troubleshooting.
9. Your obligation to provide data
Personal data required to answer your request and provide our website, or the collection of which we are legally obligated to, must be provided by you.
10. Automated decision-making including profiling
We do not use automated processing procedures including profiling to establish or execute a contractual relationship (Art. 22 GDPR). Should we use these procedures in individual cases, we will inform you separately if legally required.
11. SSL encryption
This website uses SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) for the transmission of data from your browser to our server and to servers that provide files which we embed on our website. With SSL, data is transmitted encrypted. The data cannot be altered and the sender can be identified. You can recognize the presence of SSL encryption by the prefix “https” before the address of the website you are calling up in your browser.

15. Matomo
No cookies are used with the use of Matomo; this means that individual users cannot be distinguished from each other and returning users cannot be identified. To ensure the protection of the personal data of users, the person responsible for the website has activated the so-called “IP anonymization”. This means that the IP addresses of users are only processed in shortened form – i.e. anonymized.

16. OpenStreetMap
This page uses the map software OpenStreetMap from OpenStreetMap Foundation, 132 Maney Hill Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B72 1JU, United Kingdom (“OSM”). When using OpenStreetMap, your IP address is transmitted to an OSM server and may be stored there. The use of OpenStreetMap is based on our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. 17. WordPress
We use WordPress as a content management system for our website. WordPress uses functional (necessary) cookies to ensure the login process for editors and administrators. In particular, a cookie named wordpress_test_cookie is set when attempting to log in to the WordPress administration interface. This cookie is used exclusively for the active session and is deleted as soon as you close the browser. The cookie is not used to evaluate users.
