Start matcherMy experiences at SCHWENK
My areas of responsibility are electrical maintenance in the electrical workshop and maintenance of laboratory automation. My work there includes wiring new and old systems, troubleshooting, VDE measurements, pulling cables and creating the necessary cable routes.
Without electrical maintenance, no machine would be operational. Thanks to the constant addition of new technology, which also affects the control of the machines, many work processes are becoming smoother, easier and, above all, less stressful for every employee.
Without this, any malfunctions that occur could not be rectified immediately, quickly and effectively. This could have a very negative impact on the quality of our products.
SCHWENK cares deeply about the sustainable personal and professional development of each and every employee.
That is why employees are regularly sent on training courses to ensure they are always up to date with the latest developments in their field.
Further training benefits not only the employee, but also the employer. Employees are more motivated to incorporate their newly acquired experience into their work processes, which in turn optimises workflows.
Another aspect that distinguishes SCHWENK as an employer is that job advertisements are first posted in the respective plants before being announced to the public.
