Before starting my training, I completed an internship at the central laboratory of the technology centre to find out whether the profession of building materials tester would meet my expectations and ideas. I find the dual training programme – block teaching at the vocational school in Selb and practical training at the Central Laboratory North – very appealing. You gradually get to know the building materials and learn everything about the technological basics. Tests and investigations are carried out on the basis of the relevant standards and guidelines. The variety of raw materials and testing options make training as a building materials tester interesting for me.

The professional expertise and family atmosphere make SCHWENK a wonderful place to train. For me personally, it is the team spirit that I like and that motivates me to show what I can do.
