During my three-year vocational training, I am working in various departments.
However, I am mainly employed in the warehouse, which is the factory’s storage facility.
What I like about my job is the variety of tasks, whether it’s in the warehouse, goods issue or goods receipt. I process invoices, check stock levels and am responsible for keeping the warehouse tidy. As a trainee, you learn a lot every day and gain a wealth of experience. The daily responsibilities that every trainee has help you develop during your training and get to know your future profession very well.

Working at SCHWENK is something very special. There is a very friendly working atmosphere, which makes work a lot of fun and ensures that everyone feels comfortable. From day one, I have received support from my colleagues. This made the start of my training much easier. You are accepted very quickly and treated kindly by all your colleagues. Through joint activities, such as the trainee team days, I was able to get to know the other trainees very quickly.
