I work here at the Borgsdorf ready-mixed concrete plant, north of Berlin, as the sole plant operator and mixing supervisor. I produce approximately 16,000 m³ of fresh concrete per year. I am responsible for the mixing plant, for ensuring high-quality concrete and for maintaining good customer relations. My reliability, technical expertise, high-quality concrete and friendly manner ensure that we retain our regular customers. Every day brings new challenges that need to be overcome. This is why SCHWENK has a good reputation in the market – it is the only way we can survive in a highly competitive market with several competitors.

SCHWENK is a very old family business with a long tradition and consistency in corporate management, as well as strong regional roots.
