After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, SCHWENK’s training courses for mixing masters and concrete technologists can finally resume. Bauberatung Zement is working full steam ahead to prepare the events and presentations at the plants. The focus is on the new clinker-efficient cements and their application, an overview of the new concrete standard DIN 1045, and other interesting topics in the field of concrete technology and logistics. The dates for the one-day events are as follows:

• February 13 and 14, 2023: Mergelstetten Cement Plant
• February 22 and 23, 2023: Allmendingen Cement Plant
• February 27 and 28, 2023: Karlstadt Cement Plant
• March 6 and 7, 2023: At the Holleben Training Center

The invitations to the training sessions will be sent out in the next few days.

The SCHWENK Concrete Seminars, which traditionally take place at the end of January, were held in the summer of 2022 due to the pandemic. A survey was conducted among participants at the event, and the overwhelming majority expressed a preference for returning the Concrete Seminars to the winter months. We are happy to accommodate this request. That is why preparations for the concrete seminars in January 2024 are already underway.
