I particularly enjoy the training in the laboratory because it is very varied and exciting. You experience the daily routine and, even as a trainee, can actively help out and take on your own tasks.
At the training center in Allmendingen and at the vocational school in Stuttgart, we are taught all the chemical processes needed for the profession. The training is organized according to a framework plan to help maintain an overview between school blocks. SCHWENK needs trainees like me who are interested in chemical processes, think along actively, and help develop innovative ideas.

As a trainee at SCHWENK, you receive excellent training for working in the laboratory. Topics from vocational school are also further deepened in internal theory lessons or explained again if needed.
