Special challenges

The listed building was reconstructed with particular care, preserving various elements of the old structure, including supports, gable walls, and load-bearing components in the roof area. The planned climate control concept, which provides for a constant room temperaature of 20°C and a humidity level of 50%, was at the heart of all stages of construction.
