Successful merger: FISCHER Weilheim is now part of the SCHWENK building materials group
Ulm/Weilheim, September 2025 – Following approval by the German Federal Cartel Office and the closing on September 5, 2025, it is now official: FISCHER Weilheim Management GmbH is now part of the SCHWENK Building Materials Group. This marks the beginning of a new phase of cooperation between two family-owned companies with a clear focus on sustainable building material solutions for future generations.
Even after integration into the SCHWENK Building Materials Group, the FISCHER Weilheim Group will remain independent, retaining its proven structure, locations, and shareholdings.
